Carl is a global brand, retail and operations executive based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With over 35 years of experience as a strategic member of apparel and CPG leadership teams he brings expertise in launching and scaling high growth businesses.
In this role, Carl partners with founders, CEO’s and boards to create strategic plans to help them scale their companies using his expertise in business development, operations and marketing. He has a strong brand and operating background developed through field and headquarters leadership positions in multi-channel environments throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. He has managed multi-million dollar business units in corporate, franchise, startup, and joint venture (JV) structures, including Gap Inc. (Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy), L Brands (Express, A&F, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works) and GNC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
